We started this project early 2020 and dealt with the conservation officer to make sure this fitted into the Southwell area scheme. We extended the front elevation to give a welcoming front entrance, along with a new sitting room. We gave the external works a complete makeover. We replaced the old concrete tiles with a clay pan tile, replaced the white UVPC soffit and facia with detailed brickwork. As well as rise and fall guttering and complete render.
